Not too sweet, the brioche also makes the perfect partner for salads or cheese, as well as yoghurt and jam. Ideal at breakfast and teatime.

Instructions

  1. Select the weight of loaf desired .
  2. Add the ingredients to the pan in the following order: milk, eggs, softened butter, salt and sugar.
  3. Then add the wheat flour and the dried yeast.
  4. Place the pan in the machine. Select programme 4, the weight of the brioche and the colour of the crust desired. Press 'start - stop'.
  5. When you hear the beep, add the chocolate chips if you so wish.
  6. At the end of the cycle, switch off the machine, take out the pan and turn out the brioche.
