Multi-Seed Loaf



Water1 1/4 cups
Rape oil2 tbsp
Honey2 tbsp
Salt1 1/2 tsp
Rye flour1 1/2 cups
Wholemeal flour1 1/2 cups
dry yeast2 tsp
Linseed1/2 cup
Sunflower seeds2 tbsp
Poppy seeds1 tbsp

For an attractive crust, hold back a spoonful of the seeds and sprinkle over the top of the loaf just before the baking cycle begins.


  1. Measure all the ingredients (except the three kinds of seeds) into the bread pan in the order listed. Place the bread pan into the machine.
  2. Select Program # 8, the appropriate chosen loaf weight and the preferred crust colour. Start the program by pressing the On/Off button.
  3. During the kneading cycle, when the machine sounds, open the lid and add all the seeds.
  4. At the end of the program, turn the machine off and remove the bread pan. Turn the bread onto a cooling rack. (If necessary, turn the bread onto its side to remove the kneading paddles with the hook provided.) Cool the bread completely before slicing.
