Instructions
Measure all the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed. Place the bread pan into the machine.
Select Program # 13. Start the program by pressing the On/Off button.
At the end of the program, turn the machine off and remove the bread pan.
Turn the dough out of the pan onto a floured surface. Shape into a flattened disk and divide the dough equally into 8 portions. Shape into balls. Cover with a damp kitchen towel and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Flatten and stretch each ball into a square shape, brush with additional olive oil and transfer to a baking sheet.
Fill a small baking dish halfway up with water. Place dish on the middle rack of the oven to add humidity while baking. Bake the rolls on the lowest rack for 25 minutes. Transfer the rolls onto a cooling rack. Cool completely.
