A subtle alchemy between the menthol notes of green tea and the lingering, sweet flavour of dates... all the tastes of the Orient!

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to the pan in the following order: tea, destoned dates and salt.
  2. Then add the two types of flour and the dried yeast.
  3. Place the pan in the machine. Select programme 2, the weight of the loaf and the colour of the crust desired. Press 'start - stop'. 30 to 45 minutes before the end of the cycle, open the machine and check to see how the dough is baking: if it is sufficiently firm to the touch, sprinkle the dates and sesame seeds on top of the loaf for decoration.
  4. At the end of the cycle, switch off the machine, take out the pan and turn out the loaf.
