I am gluten-intolerant, is baker's yeast all right for me to use ?

Yeast is gluten-free by its very nature, you can therefore use it without any worries.
Nevertheless, check the other ingredients in your recipe, such as flour. Some shops sell certain gluten-free flours, such as corn flour, which can be used for making bread.
We would also inform you that our yeasts are listed by the French association for gluten-intolerant and allergic persons (AFDIAG).
